Clear communication is key. Whether you are presenting for school or work, the skills to communicate effectively and be understood must be developed. Those who communicate best are able to accomplish more. With Ms. Ljubica's tips and tricks, your student will develop brainstorming, concept mapping, research, and presentation skills, integrated with multi-level critical thinking. Students will use these skills to present on a global environmental issue of their choice, including, but not limited to, wildlife conservation, marine conservation, strip mining, climate change, energy alternatives, and overall sustainability of the planet. The class experience will culminate in student-led discussions and case-study debates. It’s a two-for-one experience- students leave this class with an understanding of how to preserve our planet for future generations and with the needed communication skills which will allow them to lead future generations. Truly, a win-win.
